after 2 hours sweating in the kitchen...
Frying Bihun goreng singapore for break fasting at cousin's house nearby (sgt dekat...just walking distance)

now i am sitting back with an angel doing a light pedicure for meeee...

during the first week of ramadhan...i was the most visiting customer at ramadhan bazaar i guess...

but towards the second week...we had our break fasting at McD,KFC then at the nearest restaurant...Restoran Roti Puri (we felt so much attached to the owner and family...it feels like you were missing nobody at the moment...)

towards the 3rd week,it happened to be combination of those 2 weeks...

and for the week coming,we will leave it to mr hubby...
he missed the foods so much...he sound so tired for bread and chicken from the zabihah restaurant there in the city he had been for 7 weeks...

Last week I tried cooking but I dont think I like the cooking so much (so x menjadi.and tasteless...)

Then yesterday the gas ran out (and i was so happy...this year is better than last year record...satu tong gas for a year...)that means i am about to be a very hardworking mummy...who cooks most of the dishes for my family....

But today I made it all my heart...(malu la kalau x jadi...nak mkn ramai2 ni...)
The first time I tried this recipe,it made me bookmarked this page...

Bahan-Bahan:
600 gm bihun [rendamkan lembut dan toskan]
250 gm udang segar [buangkan kulit]
100 gm isi ayam [hiris nipis]
250 gm tauge
100 gm kucai

bahan tumbuk
2 s/b lada hitam
4 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1 batang carrot [potong halus saperti batang mancis atau parut panjang2]
3 keping tahu [gorengkan dan hiriskan nipis]
2 biji limau nipis
3 s/b minyak
daun sup dan daun bawang [racik untuk hiasan]
garam
air

Cara:
1. Panaskan minya dan tumiskan bahan tumbuk sehinggan wangi.
2. Masukan isi ayam dan kacau rata.
3. Bila nampak masak masukkan udang, garam dan air. Kacau rata.
4. Masukkan carrot dan bihun. Kacau rata sehingga sebati.
5. Bila nampak bihun lembut masukkan taugeh, tahu dan kucai.
6. Gaulkan rata sehingga nampak bihun lembut. Rasakan garam.
7. Bila menghidang, taburkan hirisan racik daun bawang dan daun sup.

    Ummi masa di kuching bln puasa memang memasak tp balik sini asyik terjah bazar ramadhan je, macam2 ada!!!, dah lama teringin
