Shaking Knees

just came back from senamrobik at Tasik Cempaka...
and i only managed to follow the last part which I believe many would consider as relaxing and easy to follow part...
but as the result of not doing exercises for a long due....
this "giggling  knee" I hope will stop soon....  :)

  2. rajin nye sis bersenam robik. I would never raise my hand kalau ada yg mengajak pun. bersenam dgn my dotter tu pun dah cukup melelahkan to me.
